Unitized facade system

Facade Unitized system is one of the standard systems in the design of facade glass walls, which is becoming more and more popular in construction projects. With the increase of high-rise buildings and the need to renovate the facade, Unitized glass wall system has become the first choice to speed up construction and completion of works.

Unitized system is composed of main components such as Unitized aluminum frame, Unitized glass box, ciphertext system and sink frame. Unitized aluminum frame consists of two types of “negative – positive” aluminum bars linked together, with widths from 150mm to 250mm and thicknesses from 3mm to 7mm. Unitized box glass has a thickness of 19mm to 28mm, consisting of an inner glass layer, a frame brace in the middle and an outer layer of glass, which can be reflective glass, Low E reflective glass, tempered glass or semi-tempered glass. tempered. The glass panels are bonded to the aluminum frame with glue.

Semi facade system

Also known as Semi-Unitized curtain wall system or Hybrid curtain wall system, Semi – Unitized facade glass wall system offers many advantages compared to other facade systems. Especially in mass production, the Semi – Unitized system ensures high accuracy, easy construction, installation and maintenance.

Semi – Unitized façade is divided into three types: Semi – Unitized system that exposes puzzles, Semi – Unitized system that hides puzzles and Semi – Unitized systems that combine puzzles. Each type brings its own characteristics, in accordance with the design requirements and use purposes of the building.

Stick facade system

Stick-type glass facades are a reliable solution for high-rise buildings with complex architectures and multiple junctions. The Stick facade system is designed and fabricated at the factory, then installed and finished at the construction site. The installation process follows the principle of aluminum frame before and glass behind, creating a solid and beautiful facade system.

The structure of the Stick façade system includes components such as horizontal aluminum frame, aluminum snap frame and glass. The horizontal aluminum frame has a standard size of 40mm x 50mm x 2.5mm with a 10mm or 18mm trigger, depending on the design requirements. In addition, larger horizontal bars such as 60mm x 50mm x 2.3mm can also be used or vertical bars can be used to meet special requirements.

The structure of the façade of the spider system includes main components such as glass, spider legs, glass pins (routel), connectors (connectors), and bolts. In addition, ciphertext and glue are also important components indispensable in spider facade systems.
